Chicken paprik
serves 3

Materials:

300 grams chicken (mix the contents and bone
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tbsp chilli paste
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 cm ginger (sliced ​​thinly)
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
Tomyam paste 1 tsp
1 kaffir lime leaves
1 stalk lemon grass (bruised)
5 bean chilli (crushed)
1/2 large onion (rough chopped)
a little water
little fish sauce (optional)
vegetables (cauliflower, long beans and green capsicum)
How to Make:

Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic, ginger and chilli paste and tom yam paste until fragrant.
Add chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 on larger fires.
Enter the other ingredients with water, stirring until it thickens.
Serve hot with plain white rice.
